Summer Festival
Dinner Buffet
We will be holding a "Summer Festival Dinner Buffet" where you can enjoy the atmosphere of a summer festival.

Meat Gourmet
From Miyazaki beef roast beef to hearty grilled lamb kebabs, Miyazaki beef and pork hamburger skewers, spicy grilled spare ribs, and charcoal-grilled chicken, a wide variety of mouthwatering meat dishes await you! The lively menu will liven up your summer nights.
Festival corner
The "festival corner" offers street food like takoyaki, yakisoba, and bone-in sausages, as well as playful sweets such as cream puffs that look like takoyaki, Mont Blanc cakes that resemble yakisoba, and jelly that looks just like beer.
We have prepared a menu that will make both children and adults want to take pictures.
Cotton Candy Mocktail
A summer-only drink combining cotton candy, reminiscent of a traditional Japanese festival, with a summery blue soda.
This is a magical mocktail that you can enjoy with your eyes, nose, and taste buds—it's so delicious you'll want to take a picture of it!

- Hokkaido Fair
In October and November, Pine Terrace will host a "Hokkaido Fair," where you can enjoy Hokkaido's regional cuisine and local gourmet food.
The dinner buffet will feature Hokkaido's representative flavors, such as butter-soy sauce grilled scallops, Hokkaido octopus carpaccio, king crab soup, Jingisukan (grilled lamb), and Zangi (fried chicken). For dessert, there will be adorable white-themed sweets, including cream puffs and mousses inspired by the popular Hokkaido bird, the long-tailed tit.
Enjoy a wide variety of dishes and sweets that showcase the bounty of the northern land, in a buffet style, to your heart's content.

- Ghost Soda Mocktail

Two Halloween-limited mocktails featuring kiwi-flavored drinks combined with either strawberry or blueberry syrup. Each playful drink is designed to resemble a monster peeking out from the glass.
