- Head ChefYuta Saiga
Born in Miyazaki Prefecture in 1988. After honing his skills at the prestigious Japanese restaurant "Nadaman," he joined PHOENIX SEAGAIA RESORT in 2012. Since being assigned to Garden Buffet "PINE TERRACE" he has dedicated his career to Pine Terrace, gaining extensive experience there, and was appointed head chef in 2020.
They offer a diverse range of dishes that transcend Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, and value creating dishes that bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients while providing a fun and comfortable dining experience.
